Use responsibly. Work From Car is intended to reduce distraction, but any use of a mobile device while operating a vehicle can be dangerous and may be unlawful where you live. You agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws, use hands-free setups where required, and only interact with the app when it is safe and legal to do so. You are solely responsible for your conduct while driving.
By accessing or using Work From Car (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
The Service provides voice-driven assistance for email and calendar workflows. Features may include on-device speech processing, server-side interpretation using AI models, and access to Google services you authorize (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts).
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must sign in with a Google account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials stored on it.
Your use of Google Sign-In and Google APIs is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. You grant us permission to process information as described in our Privacy Policy in order to operate the Service.
The Service uses large language models and related technologies. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should verify important information (especially before sending email or changing calendar events). We do not guarantee any particular result from AI features.
Some features may be offered at no charge, while others may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. If we offer paid plans, pricing, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented to you before you complete a purchase (for example through the Apple App Store or another authorized payment flow). Until those offers are live, you are responsible only for any fees you explicitly agree to at the time of purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware may have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
